4.25⭐️ okay so the reason I started reading this book was, that I was craving basic, predictable, bad boy good girl love story and that was exactly what I got, PROBABLY EVEN BETTER. It was the exact amount of predictable I needed, but still had enough twists that I couldn’t put the book down. The characters where so good and I Love Alex and Brittany so much. But there was one thing that made me rate it below 4.5⭐️ and I actually wanted to even rate it below 4⭐️ but the ending made up for it. The thing was the pacing. It started off really good, but then after like 2/3 of the book it began to kind of rush through a lot of chapters and things happened way too fast or without any explanation and without the connections to the characters thoughts; mostly involving Brittany like she had a good character development but except for it to be like, i don’t know, thought through it happened from one second to the other (at least that’s how I viewed it) and major plots happened kind of in a rush too. Anyway so yeah the pacing was kinda odd nearing the end which made me believe the end in general would be bad, but I was SO WRONG. I loved it so much and it was even better than what I hoped for. So all in all I do recommend this book cause even if it had it flaws it was really good and I really liked it. It was exactly what I needed and that it was written bevor 2010 makes it only better.
I loved this book! I couldn't put it down. This was a great story about the strength of love and trying overcoming obstacles that stand in the way of that love.
