⋆. 𐙚 ˚ ⭐️⭐️ || 5 ────୨ৎ──── Okaaay wtf was that Mrs. Feeney? Like did you have some kind of a check list for plot twists ideas and you decided to throw them all in the last 10% or so of the book? Because what the heck was that? A lot was happening in the end to the point it destroyed the whole structure of the plot because now there’s absolutely nothing makes sense to what shit show that was in the end. It’s like she was building something interesting and thrilling just for her to slap you multiple times at once just to tell you ‘ that’s the twists you were looking for “ and now you’re speechless because nothing make any sense because there isn’t any sense to find here. The beginning was sooo good and intriguing and truly can’t stop listening to the book, then we hit the point where we unraveled the mysteries and that exactly where the whole story crumbled and been destroyed, it’s like the author thought we’re stupid as readers, like she’s writing a book for dummies. NOTHING i mean nothing from the plot twist made any freaking sense it’s like confusing only for the sake of confusion nothing beyond that. Oh and the ending? It was absolutely freaking stupid and unnecessary like absolutely unnecessary because it didn’t add anything to the story other than more confusion and nonsense ˑ ִֶ 𓂃 the pros of the book : . One star for the potential of the book . One star for the audiobook ( it was really amazing with those sounds effects) ˑ ִֶ 𓂃 the cons of the book : 彡 MAY CONTAIN SOME SPOILERS 彡 . Making this book from first person pov with that plot twist? Yeah a stupid move dear author, if they were on that scheme together why were they so surprised when they meet each others IN THEIR OWN MIND?? Like why Birdy was so shocked when she saw HER OWN DAUGHTER PHOTO IN HER OWN HOUSE???? Mind you we weren’t in another person pov while she saw the photo no sir, we were inside her head… like wtf? Also why the freak Harrison in his pov was saying “ I see the detective stop and stare at the picture as though she has just seen a ghost. Because she recognizes my little girl. Just like I knew she would.” Ummmm sir? OF COURSE SHE WOULD BECAUSE SHE’S HER MOTHER AND YOUR EX WIFE!! And you know that old man why acting surprised in your own mind 💀💀?? . Everyone was lying and believing that lie in their own head like…… if you want us to believe this lies as read why writing the book in first person? It literally destroyed the whole plot reveal . Every character sucks . Now what did we gain from that stupid, weird last chapter?? Like genuinely i wanna know what the author is smoking at this point . The smut scenes?yeah like the was missing unnecessary stuff so we decided to add s*x to the story, sorry dear author but i’m not s*x addicted
This book is incredibly engaging, packed with constant twists and turns that keep you guessing from start to finish. You never quite know what’s coming next, and the story creates a strong sense that no one can be trusted and nothing is quite what it seems. At times it feels confusing in the beginning, which can be a bit frustrating, but that uncertainty ultimately adds to the suspense. The payoff is worth it, I didn’t see most of the twists coming and was genuinely surprised more than once.
What A Book!!!!🙌🏽 The way the story developed and how every narrative cascaded into one spectacular unfolding!?? 💋💋💋💋
