When historic preservationist Ashley Wilkes and her husband Jon volunteer to restore the belvedere atop the Bellamy Mansion in Wilmington, N.C., they have no idea that the restoration project will unleash a rash of bizarre murders. In order to get the project back on schedule, Ashley must catch the murderer herself.
