Uff, furchtbar altbacken und der Humor zündete für mich gar nicht. 80er Feminismus trifft selbsterniedrigendem Blick in den Spiegel. Jammern, maulen, Mitleid heischen. Anders als ihre zeitlosen Film (but are they though?) fühlt sich dieser Text verstaubt an. Ohne kulturellen Mehrwert. Ich habe es nur durch die Lektüre geschafft, weil ich nach einem Drittel aufs Hörbuch umgestiegen bin und dann Ephrons ichbezogene Plauderei an mir vorbeirauschen lassen konnte.
