This is a very useful book for re-thinking and re-organising your life. But one should not just read it, but also apply it.
I've only listened 60% of the book because i now essentially decide to not keep listening. The author says that one should, like a journalist, shorten things to the essential but then keeps repeating himself over and over. Also the main part of this book is a (pretty annoying) chain of anecdotes and it's written from a very privileged point of view. I get the idea, but I don't like the book.
