Reviewed by catalina cortez"Bonk" by Mary Roach is a book that delves into the intriguing world of human sexuality and the scientific studies conducted in this field. While it certainly provides a wealth of knowledge, I found that the majority of this book centers on the morbid experiments. One thing that bothered me, though, was the way animals were treated in some of those experiments. It felt a bit cruel and made me question the ethical side of things. But few chapters managed to hold my interest. They offered some truly fascinating insights into the world of human sexuality. I just wish those sections were longer because they left me wanting more.
