Kentaro Miura präsentiert mit Guts einen gebrochenen, komplexen Protagonisten in einer gnadenlosen Welt, in der Gewalt, Schicksal und innere Konflikte zentrale Themen sind. Die Geschichte ist düster, intensiv und emotional, ohne Gewalt zu verherrlichen. Zur Deluxe Edition in englischer Sprache: Das großformatige Hardcover und das hochwertige Papier lassen Miuras detailreiche, atmosphärische Zeichnungen hervorragend zur Geltung kommen.
